At the end of 2024, the economic activity in Novi Sad was performed by a total of 10,854 companies, predominantly privately owned. The largest number represented is of micro companies that make up 84.4% of all companies, following small companies with 13.1%, while much smaller number is of the medium-sized companies with 2.0%, while there are only 0.5% large companies, out of all companies.
